About Lara
Lara is a massage therapist, Reiki Master and intuitive energy healer. She graduated from the Denver School of Massage in 2015 and received her master attunement in 2018.
Since then has moved back to Vermont and is operating out of the Burlington, VT area. She is currently in a year long Reiki master program to deepen her studies as well as the 200hr Ayurvedic program offered through the Williston Ayurvedic center.
Among her studies Lara is also a graduate of the Boulder Psychic Institute and has integrated her psychic work into her massage and energy healing. She also is a student of the Law of Attraction and is a firm believer in our innate ability to co-create our reality.
Lara is deeply interested in the intersection of science and mysticism—where modern physics begins to echo what ancient wisdom traditions have always known.

It's based on the principle that we are both physical and energetic beings and when we address both aspects we create a deeper level of health and wellness.
